Shipping Policy

Austin Pettinger maintains a minimal supply stock, and all orders are “made to order”. Because of this please expect a 7-14 day processing time. Once your order has been made we will ship it out as quickly as we are able. All orders ship USPS First-Class or Priority mail depending on weight.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your orders through your customer account by logging in.

Currently we only ship to the United States of America, including Alaska, Hawaii and all territories.
